The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Jesmond, only a 15-minute walk from the city center, making it easy to explore Newcastle. The rooms are small but very clean and adequate for my needs, though some minor issues with mould were present. The service provided was outstanding, with the staff being exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a pleasant and quiet area, ideal for a relaxing stay, although a bit out of the way. The rooms were very clean but a bit basic, and we had to keep the window shut due to noise from the main road outside. The service was fantastic, with Heidi being particularly friendly and welcoming. The dining experience was mixed, with some lovely options but also some disappointing aspects. Overall, a suitable choice for us with good value for money.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only clean and nicely maintained but also spacious, providing a cozy bed, a sofa, and a smart TV. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the large bathroom with a relaxing bath was a highlight. The service was top-notch, with Sharon being extremely helpful and courteous. The location was perfect for my needs, close to excellent coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The dining experience was fabulous, with a great variety of options and excellent service. Overall, a great value for the money.
